Working within the Asset Management function of Network Rail, I was responsible for supporting stakeholders of the Asset Information Services in all of their IT related incidents as well as providing system analysis, detailing specifications for implementation of improvements to clients’ systems and procedures and translating customer requirements and business problems into tangible systems and processes.

Working within the Asset Management function of Network Rail, I was the technical lead for implementation of a new SharePoint website. I was also responsible for building an intranet site supporting 1000+ users. The site provided system updates and information about desktop and mobile applications that AIS team supported.
